First things first, comfort levels are pretty good. This Razer headset is large with soft earpads and plenty of padding on top. Not to mention it's also not too tight. That said, breathability can be a bit of an issue – which is a problem that most closed-back headsets have anyway.

The microphone is also exceptionally good; especially for a wireless headset. While it's not exactly as clear-sounding as Kingston's offering, it offers a lot of warmth and bass. So, it sounds very full, if that makes sense.

Its software is also not bad at all. At the very least it comes with a built-in EQ – which is a welcome addition. Just keep in mind that plenty of people are complaining about bugs and issues. Though, your mileage may vary.

If there is one complaint from us, then that's build quality. Some parts of it don't feel particularly durable. The tiny hinges and yokes are certainly worth looking out for.

And you get quite a lot for your money. First things first, the USB adapter works with both computers and PlayStation 4/5 consoles. However, since there is no option for wired connectivity, you can't use it with smartphones or other devices that have a 3.5mm jack.

The headset is admittedly a bit tight on the head. But the cups are well padded with plenty of cushioning for the head as well and the pressure is applied evenly. So, overall pretty comfortable if you don't mind a bit of a tight fit – which also increases the overall stability.

Build quality is also great; especially for the money. There have previously been tons of complaints about joints snapping – but it looks like this problem got sorted in the V2 Pro variant.

At this price point, there are obviously going to be a few downsides, though. The noise isolation, for example, is pretty horrible for a closed-back headset. One of the main reasons why the A50 is so comfortable is due to the fact that it comes with huge earpads that are wide and deep. Not to mention that there's plenty of padding on top and that the cups swivel.

The only downside is that it's rather big and heavy. But the padding on top feels nice and distributes the weight evenly. So, it's not an issue. Breathability can be a bit of a problem if you live in a hot area. But, again, the same applies to most closed-back headsets – even if the A50 leans more towards the semi-open category.

Build quality is top-notch – which is what you'd generally expect from something this bulky. The overall build feels sturdy with solid plastic and metal hinges.

The audio is also superb with a balanced sound signature but also with a bit of thump as well. Not to mention anything about the onboard controls, convenient charging station, and modability as well.

The only downside is battery life and bad noise isolation. 15-17 hours is certainly nothing to laugh at. But cheaper options like the Cloud 2 wireless can easily surpass the 25-hour mark.

But, other than that, we are talking about great comfort, balanced audio, decent build quality, plenty of connectivity options, and onboard controls as well.

One thing to keep in mind is that the audio, although balanced, lacks a bit of bass. Those of you who love having a bit of thump may want to look elsewhere.

Even though the battery life is advertised at 20+ hours, many people are getting much more than that. There are hardly any cons to speak of.

Portability may be a minor issue due to its bulk. But, then again, gaming headsets are not made to be portable anyway. Not to mention that most wireless options can be used with portable devices anyway – which is something that does not apply to SteelSeries' offering.

As our heading suggests, the Razer Ultimate relies on haptic feedback motors to literally vibrate your head/ears. This is great in certain situations where you'd like to feel a kick – such as explosions in FPS games.

The downside to this kind of trick, though, is the fact that it can get messy when more complicated audio comes into play. And let us not even mention videos and music since that is going to keep you adjusting the haptic feedback all the time.

Another obvious downside is battery life. Vibration motors ask for so much more power compared to audio drivers. It's no surprise that the Razer Nari Ultimate can barely last 5 to 6 hours with Hypersense enabled.

Haptic feedback aside, this headset offers great comfort and decent build quality. However, that's about all we have in terms of pros.

The sound is excessively boomy – even for a Razer headset and even with Hypersense turned off. Though, some people may like that.

The microphone is also mediocre at best and the same thing goes for noise isolation.

The sound signature is admiteddly not the best at this price point. There is a bit of boominess/muddiness to it that you can thankfully tune out with the help of Corsair's iCUE software. But if you are after an all-around balanced headset, the HS70 Pro is a better and cheaper option for that.

Comfort is generally decent thanks to the soft earpads and the padding on top. However, it's worth keeping in mind that the Virtuoso is a bit heavy – probably due to the dense plastic and metal parts – and it can also be a bit tight on big heads.

The microphone is surprisingly good. And that's especially true as far as wireless headsets are concerned. Not to mention anything about all the connectivity options.

One of its few downsides is noise isolation. Even though you are looking at a closed-back headset with leatherette earpads, the noise isolation performance is mediocre at best. One of the Logitech's G935 strongest selling points is no doubt the mappable onboard buttons that it comes with. And they can come in handy for a variety of different functions.
