Android 4.3 was expected to be announced at the Google I/O event that took place this month, but that didn't happen. In the meantime, at a Thailand Mobile Expo event a Nexus 4 running Android 4.3 was spotted as you can see in the images bel0w.Apparently Google is withholding from releasing a new Android and decided on updating the current Jelly Bean OS to the latest 4.3 build. We cannot see very much about this version as the images only reveal few details. However we can be sure that it is called Jelly Bean because of the Easter Egg photo. We can however tell you that there are some new functions introduced in the camera app. The controls are now grouped around the shutter button instead of laying in a ring.An official release date however is far from being revealed though we have heard some rumors about a White Nexus 4 coming in June running Jelly Bean 4.3. Meanwhile take a look at the following photos and a video with the 4.3 camera app.
