1 Some time ago, there was information about a new model of Samsung Galaxy S4: Value Edition or GT-I9515. Well it seems that it is exclusively confirmed. The device was just  certified by Bluetooth SIG These means that in the near future, the handset will be announced by Samsung and will become available on the market. It will probably be a quiet launch as Samsung did in the past with such devices: a simple post on their blog. Even if previous information shown that the device will be produced in seven different colors: brown, pink, black, white, red, purple, blue, surely it will be available just in white and black at the beginning.

The new Galaxy S4 Value Edition will be similar to the older Samsung Galaxy S4: Snapdragon 600 CPU with 1.9 GHz and a 5 inch display at 1080p. Value Edition will have a newer software: the Android 4.4.2 KitKat, which means it will have a recent apps icon instead of traditional Samsung’s keys, icon that will probably be similar to the one on the new Pro Tablets. Now, it’s unclear which will be the name of the phone. Some say that it will named Samsung  Galaxy S4 Neo.
