Because there is no more official support for flash player from Adobe since the Jelly Bean update, you will have to install it manually on your Galaxy S3 Mini. The procedure is as simple as installing any apk from outside Google Play, except there may be some stability issues an security issues also with Flash as there are no more updates since last year, for Android.

How to install Flash Player on Samsung Galaxy S3 Mini:
- First you need to download the apk for Flash player. For this you have to go to Adobe’s download page for Flash Player and scroll down to Android 4.0 archives. Download the latest version available as you will see in Pic.1 below. Place the downloaded apk on your phone’s s card.
- Then you need to enable “unknown sources” from Settings > Security. Check the box as you see in Pic. 2. This will allow you to install apks that are not from Google Play.
- Use a file manager to access the downloaded file and run it. Select install in the window that will appear and wait a few seconds for the installation to finish.
You now have Flash Player installed on your Samsung Galaxy S3 Mini.
