To install Viber on your tablet, you need to first ensure that your mobile device has the latest version of Viber. If not, then first update your mobile device with latest version of the app. Once updated, download Viber from an online store and install it on your Android tablet. As soon as you install the application, open it and select “continue” to proceed with setting up your Viber account.
From the drop down list, select your country and enter your mobile number for creating a new Viber account. This mobile number can also be used to Sync with your current Viber account. Select continue once you are done with the two fields.
Viber will send you an activation code via a Viber message on your phone (if you are already using Viber associated with the same number) or else it will send you a text message having the activation code on your Android Tab. For those who already have Viber installed on their devices, they can sync their devices together by entering the code. Select “Done” once you have entered the code.
If in case you wish to activate your tablet as your only Viber device, click the link that you see on your screen. Viber will send you a new activation code via text message. Enter the code and click “Done”. You now have a new Viber account for your tablet.
