You can install the default Android Keyboard used in Android 4.2 Jelly Bean devices such as Nexus 4 or Galaxy Nexus. Just download Android 4.2 KB.apk and place the file on the sd card. Now go to Settings > Security > Unknown sources and check the box. This will allow you to install this outside of Google Play.
