April 11 will be an important date for Samsung, as it will launch the new Samsung Galaxy S5. Samsung will launch the new device in over 150 markets and as expected some of the apps that S5 will feature were just leaked today. An XDA forum user has leaked today some APK files for some of the apps that will be featured by the new S5. This list includes: S Note, WatchON, Fear Fit, Fear Manager Calculator, S Translator and the new S Health. We see that Samsung puts an accent on sports apps, such as the innovative S Health that can help a lot in the day to day activity. These all new apps can be used on Note 3 and S4 also, but if you update to Android 4.4.2 KitKat.
Forum users say that S Health isn’t working yet, but the rest of them should be good. All of them can be installed as APK files, but for some you should uninstall or freeze some existing files in order for the new ones to work properly. And be sure that the new Gear Fit Manager won’t be available yet, as you won’t be able to access a Gear Fit device until the official launch.
So if you install this new apps, we are eager to here some thoughts about them.
