Everything is based on a hunch from the guys at pocketnow, but the 'more of a tablet' device Mega 6.3 could arrive at AT&T. Let me explain how we got to this conclusion.Pocketnow is trusting a source from Evleaks that says model number SGH-I527, code name Samsung Melius, will arrive with AT&T in the future. Apparently Melius was related in the past with Samsung's attempts to launch a Tizen (Samsung's own OS) phone. As the rumors continued to suggest a new Melius Tizen device, today's source from evleaks is clearly stating that the SGH-I527 is definitely not a Tizen device. The connection between SGH-I527 was made in the past and also the Melius has a twist in latin, Melior meaning 'big'. As I said, this is only based on a hunch, rather than on official sources, but is it really possible that AT&T wants to bring the huge Mega device in the States? If this does happen it will be really interesting to see how a device this big, that is still considered a phone and not a tablet, is going to sell.Meanwhile, we are looking forward to see Samsung's advancements with their Tizen OS.
