samsung-ativ-tab2013 was a good year for Samsung. In mobile department,all their features made a big change in what customers want.For 2014, Samsung wants Apple's no. 1 on tablets market. It seems that Samsung will release a flurry of tablets this year. The strategy is to flood the market and to observe which sells better. Then increase the marketing budget  for that category, and so they increase the profits.Today, Samsung held a conference in which they brought up to light their numbers for 2013. In the second part of the conference, they revealed additional details for what is going to happen in 2014.Hyunjoon Kim, Samsung's Executive Director, said during the conference that the company is planning to create a new tablet category for business purposes. He was talking about big screened tablets ( around 20 inch ! ) with high resolution. Panasonic launched Panasonic Toughpad line-up,but the problem with them is that it isn't mainstream. This is the challenge for Samsung, to make this business tablets as mainstream as possible, to reach as many customers.Mr. Kim also said that in 2014, Samsung will create more features of the Galaxy Tab. They want to create as many variations as possible, to fulfill all types of customers needs.We are looking forward for this new tablets to see what features Samsung will bring on !
