First, you should know that this feature is turned on by default. If you have turned it off accidentally, you can access it by tapping and holding back button. Tap on Quick Panel and then Multi Window.
If you want to start Multi Window, you will have to tap the arrow found to the left screen. The Multiple Window tray will now open.
Now, you will have to tap and drag an application outside the tray. It will open in a Multi Window Screen.
For a Dual View, you will have to tap and drag an application outside the tray. The application will open in side-by-side view.
You can access window option and enable full screen view, close a window or switch the locations of the windows.
How to edit Multi Window Applications
First, you will have to open the Multi Window tray and then tap edit. Now, you can drag icons in and out of the tray to add or remove them or drag icons to change the order as they appear in the tray. When you have finished, you will tap Done.
