At the recent I/O conference, Google released their new Talk replacement app, Hangout. It's supposed to integrate all chatting options in one app and to connect you with everybody. The biggest issue upon its release though was the fact that the app couldn't be installed on tablets.Actually the app cannot be 'installed' on your device, because it is already installed through the 'Talk' app. You get Hangout by an update that completely replaces Talk with it. This caused some complications on some devices especially on tablets, preventing the app from being installed correctly.Today Google released an update that fixes this issue and now Hangout can be installed on any device. If you haven't gotten the update yet and you still have Talk installed, don't worry because it will probably roll out in the coming hours.
