The Google Pixel XL and Pixel have a set of navigation buttons which are not on any other handset without a little tinkering. However, apart from being solid, the real thing in the Pixel’s navigation bar is the Google Assistant animation which is activated by pressing and holding the home button.Long-pressing the home button prompts 4 colored dots that provide a virtual feedback for activating the Google Assistant. Thanks to the developer Charles Chow, these special animation and navigation buttons are no longer limited to the Pixels. Just by getting one ZIP, you can get these special features on your Nexus 6P or Nexus 5X.
