Motorola has began rolling out the Android 6.0 Marshmallow update to its Moto G Turbo Edition in the India territory. The over the air (OTA) update of the Marshmallow firmware will come with December's Android security patch update, along with the additional features incorporated in the Android 6.0 software version such as enhanced app permissions, Google Now on Tap, and a lot more.The Marshmallow update will upgrade the firmware up to a 24.11.22 version. For Moto G Turbo Edition owners in India, you can check for the availability of the OTA Android 6.0 Marshmallow update, by heading into the phone's Settings.The Moto G Turbo Edition was first launched in India by the Motorola company during the month of December. Priced at ₹14,999 which is equivalent to US$220, the Moto G handset is powered with a Snapdragon 615 processor as well as a Quick Charge function. Its price has so far dropped to ₹12,499 equal to US$185. The launch of the Moto G Turbo Edition has resulted in the standard Moto G 2015 Snapdragon 410 powered handset, being sold at a discounted rate of ₹10,999, which is US$170. The standard version in the country has already received the Android Marshmallow update.
