The new flagship from Samsung has a new range of features, especially ones that help at your security and privacy. One of those features is a Private mode, that wraps pictures, videos and documents for your eyes only. We will show you how to do so.
There are two ways to enter the Private mode. One of them is from the notifications menu. If you didn’t customize your device to have this setting there, you could access the Private mode through the button that appears near the Touch Sensitivity.
Tap on the button to open the process. The first step is to set an unlocking method for the moment that you want to enter the Private mode. You have multiple ways of doing that: a PIN, a swipe or even a fingerprint. If this mode is on, you can move files from a part to the Private mode. You can’t choose these files if you are viewing the picture on fullscreen. To select a file, long press on it and after that tap on the three dots on the right up corner and then select move to Private.
To exit the Private mode, swipe down the notifications menu and then uncheck the Private mode there.
What do you think about this new mode?
