You have something to look forward to if you're rocking an unlocked HTC 10 device and you're currently in North America. The device variants are today getting a new firmware update as well as Google's official Android security patches for the month of June. The update which will bump up the HTC 10's software version to a 1.80.6171 build number, weighs in around 300 MB in size. This however is not a major update, as it will only feature stability improvements to the system, June's security patch and a number of unspecified bug fixes. It is worth mentioning that is rollout is a pretty early one, particularly for HTC.Additionally, an update was also rolled out to the HTC 10 device owners, with enhancements to the main camera app. This included RAW capturing improvements as well smoother switching between the front and back cameras. The update also bundled several bug fixes along with a few minor improvements.Have you updated your HTC 10? What are some of the noticeable improvements you've seen so far?
