A new update is currently being rolled by NVIDIA to its Shield Tablet K1 device. The version 1.3 update will introduce a a number of impressive enhancements to the tablet's operating system.What is most notable about this particular upgrade is the inclusion of Android 6.0's Professional Audio requirements like MIDI support over USB and Bluetooth LE, low latency audio, 7.1 HDMI output, 24-bit@192kHz Stereo along with Peripheral modes and USB Host.Also added is a new setting for toggling for navigation button's location, improvements to touch responsiveness, problems with Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity have been fixed, as well as Vulkan API fixes and enhancements.In terms of security, the update will boost the tablet with June 2016's Android security patch, a system wide stability and security improvements.The version 1.3 update should already have reached your device, but if it hasn't, go into your Settings to check if the update is available.
