Sony is releasing new beta programs under the Xperia Beta Program initiative, for the Xperia Z2, Xperia Z3 and Xperia Z3 Compact, for users in Netherlands, Italy and Spain. The Xperia Beta Program initiative differs from the first innovation of releasing a beta program for Android 6.0 , the Concept for Android, in that the Xperia Beta Program is a Quality beta test of official software, while the Concept for Android is a rather experimental consumer driven software. This means that the Xperia Beta Program will be similar to the final versions that will be released by Sony. You can sign up for the Xperia Beta Program, and help with the development by downloading and installing the Xperia Beta Program from the Play Store. By signing up, you will be able to try a pre- release beta version of Marshmallow by Sony, as well as be able to give your feedback to the developers, and assist them in making a better software for your device. The openings are however limited, and if interested, you should quickly sign up.14 Sony Devices have been confirmed for the Marshmallow updates, which includes the Sony Xperia Z2, Xperia Z3, Xperia Z4 and Xperia Z5.
