Users of the HTC One M9 on Verizon and T-Mobile carrier networks can finally take a sigh of relief. Since HTC began pushing out the Android 6.0 Marshmallow update to the unlocked variants of the device back in December last year, other HTC One M9 variants have been stuck with Lollipop until now. The company has revealed that the Marshmallow may be well on its way beginning Tuesday this week.Mo Versi, HTC's project manager took to Twitter and confirmed that the technical approvals for T-mobile handsets had been received and that the update was slated to begin during the course of the week. A short while after, Versi added that the device editions on the Verizon carrier would also receive the Marshmallow upgrade on the very same day, which is February 16, 2016. These two mobile networks will be next in line to receive the Android 6.0 update, after the customers on the Sprints network recently saw their update roll out.Do you own an HTC One M9 on the T-Mobile or Verizon carrier? Let us know if you look forward to the Android Marshmallow update or if you are just happy to still be using the Lollipop software.
