In order to install Android 4.1.2 on Galaxy Note N7000 you need to download the firmware files – Download I717UCMD3_I717ATTMD3_ATT.zip – and Odin v3.07. Also you need to make sure that the Galaxy Note N7000 drivers are installed on your PC and that USB debugging is activated.
