The fourth Android N Developer Preview has today been released by Google.Through an announcement, Google states that all the new APIs that came with Android N are now in their final build. This means that developers can now begin to compile their apps for testing them alongside the now official Android N APIs. In addition, developers can have updates that utilize APIs published to their apps in the Google Play Store. For developers who have had their applications updated , they can check how well it runs on Android N by using Google Play's beta testing feature.The factory images bundling a NPD56N build number is now available for the Nexus 5X, Nexus 6, Nexus 6P, Nexus Player< Pixel C, Sony Xperia Z3 and General Mobile 4G/ Android One. What's my model number?
There are several ways to locate your model number:
- Option 1
- On your device, go to Settings, then "About device" and scroll down to "Model number"
- Option 2
- Often times you can view the model number inside the device, by removing the battery
- Option 3
- Using Samsung's model/serial number location tool
