Huawei has commenced its Android 6.0 Marshmallow update roll out to its Honor 6 smartphones in India. The over-the-air update can be accessed by users by heading into Settings >> About phone >> System Update.According to owners of the Honor 6 device in India, the Marshmallow OTA update will take up at least 700MB of storage space thus it is highly recommended that you have a stable Wi-Fi connection before you can begin the software update process. The latest version of Android  will feature a build number of H60-L04C675B810. If you haven't seen the update reach your device, its probably because the roll out process is gradual, therefore it may take a while to hit all the Honor 6 handsets in India.Just to refresh, some of the key features of the Android 6.0 Marshmallow update include enhanced app permissions, Google Now on Tap, newly introduced Chrome feature to improve users web experience, Android Pay, integration of fingerprint APIs for developers, Doze mode battery saving feature, a new Do Not Disturb feature for blocking all sounds leaving only notifications and alarms and much more.
