Some time ago there were rumors about a new Samsung Galaxy S5 Active, named SM-G870. A new model was certified by FCC, named SM-G870A which it's a hint that will be the next Active S5. SM-G870A is going to be AT&T variant of the Samsung Galaxy S5 Active. This new model is 143 mm tall and 73.42 mm wide. This measurements means that this model is larger than a normal S5. The screen size is the same, 5.1 inch. The connectivity features for this model include AT&T LTE bands, a 2.4 and 17, NFC and dual-band Wi-Fi.SM-G780A is supposed to be the same battery as a normal S5, a 2800 mAh, but a FCC list shows a 1.500 mAh. If we compare it to a S5, it will probably have lesser features than a Galaxy S5, as S4 Active has lesser features than a normal S4. It will probably have an LCD screen instead of an AMOLED one. There aren't any concrete information about Sm-G780A yet and we don't know if this is the new S5 Active, but we are expecting more information to crop up as the days go by.
