The Android 4.1 version released in Sweden is numbered Android 4.1.1 I9300XXDLIH. the update is most probably available only for unbranded devices. But that shouldn’t stop you to update your Galaxy S3, because you also have to option to install a custom ROM that developers released especially for you. All you need is some courage to root your Galaxy S3 and you can update it to Android 4.1.2.
