Rumors are that Samsung is working at a new budget smartphone that runs on Android 4.4.2 KitKat software out of the box. This new model is under testing in India, model called SM-G310 with a 3.97 inch screen. SamMobile.com is reporting about a tweet that says this new model will have s standard for low end products resolution of 800x480. The device will be powered by a dual-core processor Broadcom BCM2763 clocked at 1.2 GHz. There will be a dual slot SIM model for emergent markets such as India or China, where this kind of devices are so well sold, but there will be a single SIM slot model also for other markets of other regions.Google is trying these days to optimize the new Kitkat, Android 4.4.2, to work on all of Samsung's devices.
