1Rumors are that Samsung is working at a new budget smartphone that runs on Android 4.4.2 KitKat software out of the box. This new model is under testing in India, model called SM-G310 with a 3.97 inch screen. SamMobile.com is reporting about a tweet that says this new model will have s standard for low end products resolution of 800×480. The device will be powered by a dual-core processor Broadcom BCM2763 clocked at 1.2 GHz. There will be a dual slot SIM model for emergent markets such as India or China, where this kind of devices are so well sold, but there will be a single SIM slot model also for other markets of other regions.

Google is trying these days to optimize the new Kitkat, Android 4.4.2, to work on all of Samsung’s devices. Surely, SM-G310 will be the first low end product form Samsung that will have the newest software on it. There aren’t any leaks or information yet about this new model from Samsung, but surely it will be a moth or two after the big upcoming launch: the new Samsung Galaxy S5.
