It’s been more than a month since Samsung unveiled the Galaxy Beta Program for Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge users. The company has since been periodically released a new Nougat beta update based on the feedback received from users, along with cool new features.
Moving one step further towards the public release of Android 7.0 Nougat for its flagship devices, Samsung has rolled out a sizable update of 530MB. This is the third Nougat beta update for Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge, which brings features such as Samsung Pass, the Samsung Note app, and other optimizations.
The Quick Panel has now been integrated with a much-requested auto-brightness button and some tactical layout changes as well. Moreover, the new Nougat beta update users will also be among the first to get the December security patch on their Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge devices.

However, despite the close monitoring by Samsung, some bugs have made it to this update once again. An unresolved issue continues to cause the screen to randomly appear late when turned on, and has been a recurring issue since the first update.
