zA month has passed from the first day when Galaxy S4 was officially placed on the market and Apple already started to accuse Samsung for 5 patent infringements with their flagship. Apple says that the platform and some technologies from Galaxy S4 use their own, for a better performance. This is not the first case when these two big rivals clashed with such words. However, Apple is saying that user interface, two Siri-related search patents related to Google Now and a data synchronization patent from Galaxy S4 use their technologies. There was another clash in the past when Apple accused Samsung for some infringements. Apple made some analysis on Samsung devices which use Google functionality and their own patents. Samsung and Apple had long negotiations for a copy of Samsung's confidential source code and Apple continued with the analysis. The whole story isn't finished yet, but one thing is clear: Apple will continue to sue Samsung for infringement and ask for its rights.
