An Android 6.0 Marshmallow update has been released to the unlocked Galaxy Note 4 version users in Hungary. With Google already rolling out the Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow update to their Nexus variant, there has been speculation that the Android Marshmallow update will be made available to the Samsung Galaxy Note 5 by the end of 2015.The Galaxy Note 4 model number SM-N910F is currently receiving the update for Android 6.0 Marshmallow. These comes just a few weeks after an unofficial Samsung document leaked with information about a pending Android Marshmallow update to its Galaxy devices.The Galaxy Note 4 was said to receive Android 6.0 Marshmallow around February 2016 with Galaxy Note 5 users set to receive the Android M update in the course of this month.With no prior disclosure, Samsung has released the Android 6.0 update for Galaxy Note 4 users. As for other Samsung Galaxy devices, the Galaxy S6, the S6 Edge and the S6 Edge+, they are all scheduled to receive the update early next year. However, Samsung Galaxy Note Edge and Galaxy S5 are slated to get the update in February with the latter receiving it in April 2016.As of now, the Android 6.0 Marshmallow update will only be available to the unlocked Galaxy Note 4 SM-N910F units. Other carrier variants will see the update at a later date.
