samsung micro sd cardRecently Samsung was put to question regarding the storage space of the Galaxy S4, which apparently only has half of it available for the user, while the rest is used for its own software and features. That time they gave a fairly bad answer, saying that indeed the storage is half occupied but it is because of all the great software that they are providing for its clients. They also basically said that people should buy an sd card if they want more storage space. You can imagine that people didn't react well to these statements, so they continued to complain. Fortunately, Samsung saw this and decided to try again to give a solution. They said that they "appreciate the issue being raised" and they left the idea that further software updates will come up with some memory optimizations to free up some space by considering "the possibility to secure more memory space through further software optimization".It's a good thing Samsung is starting to keep track of their customer's complaints, because we cannot say how long we'll be able to take the poor customer service.
