Nougat for Nexus 6 and Nexus 9 will be their last

The Nexus 6 is almost 3 years old now, which came with the first version of Android 5.0 Lollipop back in 2014. However, the device has found its place on the official Nougat update list, which is expected to be the latest major software update for the device. There is no official word from Google on why the Android Nougat for Nexus 6 and Nexus 9 LTE has been delayed for so long. But if you are tired of waiting for the official release, you can always enrol into the Android Beta program. If you do plan to become a part of the Android Beta program, do expect some bugs and issues to follow with the Nougat update. In the meantime, Updato will keep you posted on the status of the latest Android Nougat update for your Nexus 6 and Nexus 9 LTE.
