If the update doesn't appear automatically on your screen, you can do it manually by accessing Samsung Kies. T-Mobile will suggest that you already run the ultimate version of the software before installing the 4.4.2 version.An important thing is that you have your phone charged, because the install takes a while so it's critical to not close the device until the install process is done.
