Microsoft merges with Xiaomi to activate Windows 10 for Xiaomi Mi 4 phone. According to Xiaomi, there is no partnership with Microsoft. Rather, Microsoft’s Redmond wants to gain feedback from the Chinese Android users to enhance and develop experience of running Windows 10 for Android phones in China.According to Microsoft, it will partner with Xiaomi to offer windows 10 free downloads in order to select a group of Xiaomi Mi 4 users. The Xiaomi Mi 4 users will be able to activate and use their phones with the Windows 10 OS. Then the Android users will send feedback to Microsoft on their experience.MIUI forum has released a photograph of the phone with Windows 10. The phone with Windows 10 is a Mi 4. The device has a 5 inch 1920 X 1080 screen, a 3GB RAM, a quad-core 2.5GHz Snap-dragon9801, a 13 and 8MP front cameras and a 3080mAh battery. The Mi 4 features works are said to work perfectly with Windows 10.According to Microsoft, there is a plan for a global launch of Windows 10. The Windows 10 has a new authentication process intended to replace the traditional passwords. The launching date wasn’t given but Microsoft committed it will release the new version by mid-year.According to Terry Myerson of WinHEC summit in Shenzhen, China, Microsoft is continuing to make marvelous development progress that which will be available during summer in 190 countries. However, Microsoft declined to comment on the release date.Microsoft has promised free upgrade for those using Windows 8.1 or Windows 7. Windows 10 will also boost the sales of PCs to business organizations and to consumers. Windows 10 will be free from software pirates. Moreover, pirated copies of windows can also be upgraded. According to a Microsoft spokesperson Windows 10 will make it easier to legitimate windows 10 copies.
