Facebook Home is set for release on April 12th, however as it usually happens with such things, a leaked version of it has been made available on the internet. Apparently thanks to a pre-release firmware of the HTC First ROM, developers were able to pull out the files for Facebook Home apk. The HTC First ROM sin't a final build, so there are still bugs, even with the Facebook launcher.If you install it you will be able to test some of the interesting features and to see what you can do with it. There are also features such as 'Chat Heads' that that are not working though.If you would like to install Facebook Home on your Android device, you may do so easily if you have a Nexus device or stock Android installed on it. However on ROMs with Facebook app pre-installed you cannot install Facebook Home unless you completely remove the app from the system. What's my model number?
There are several ways to locate your model number:

- On your device, go to Settings, then "About device" and scroll down to "Model number"

- Often times you can view the model number inside the device, by removing the battery
