Nexus-4 (1)The latest Android 4.3 was spotted in a rather funny way, by a user that bought a Nexus 4 from a Googler, only to look inside the settings menu and see that it runs on the latest version. He then posted on Google+ a screenshot with the About menu that showcases this.It can be seen from the image that the device runs on Android 4.3 build JWR66N. A good observation is that other leaked versions of Android 4.3 also run on the same build number. The picture actually looks like the real deal, so this cannot be fake. Also with the help of some experienced users, they took the system files and got the system dump from the device. This 100% confirms that this is not fake. The system dump isn't actually a ROM ready to be installed by any user, but rather for experienced users that want to make custom ROMs out of it. If you want to download the dump files, you can visit this Reddit thread.

On your device, go to Settings, then "About device" and scroll down to "Model number"
Option 2
Often times you can view the model number inside the device, by removing the battery
Option 3
Using Samsung's model/serial number location tool
