Once the new iPhone 5 was launched, Samsung struck out and included the phone in their infringement case against Apple, next to the other iPads, iPhones and iPods.

Samsung claims that Apple stole their 3G technology, as well as other features. Samsung officials say that they found iPhone 5 violates some of their patented features.

In return, Apple states that Samsung has more than 20 gadgets infringing upon its own patents, giving example the Galaxy S III and the Galaxy Nexus.
