  • TALKING SANTA. One of the most downloaded Christmas Apps ever, Talking Santa is a great way to have some Christmas fun with your friends. If you don't already know what the app does: You speak into the microphone, and then 'Santa' will repeat what you said with his special voice. You can do a lot of things to 'Santa' like tickling or poking him and he will alter his voice.
  • Christmas Countdown WidgetYou know how you always think about how close Christmas gets, well this widget will give a nice Countdown. Santa will prompt you every morning with a nice quote and with how many days left till Christmas. Overall a very nice way to remember that Christmas is coming.
  • Christmas RadioEnjoy a multitude of Christmas hits with this great Christmas apps. Listen to your favorite Christmas Carols on your Android phone with Christmas Radio. It includes over 50 unique stations. If you are a Holiday lover, you have to love listening to Holiday music. There are just things that make our days nicer, you know. The app is completely free and you can use it under a WiFi connection or a Data Plan.
  • Christmas SMS. This is a very simple yet very useful apps. It is meant to give the the option to choose from over 800 different messages that you can send to your friends for Christmas. It has support for WhatsApp, Facebook, Twitter, SMS and so on. Also it supports English, Italian and Spanish.
  • Hungry Santa. The idea of the game is pretty simple, but overall pretty fun. You have to fatten Santa up so he is ready for Christmas. There are falling treats that you have to move Santa to catch. It is as easy as tilting the screen. There are also fatty bonuses and other tweaks that will make the game more challenging. Very fun if you want something to spend your time in the subway or bus.
  • Christmas Gift List Planner. This is more of a practical app. It will help you keep track of your gifts budget, organize your gifts by category and keep track of gifts mailed or bought. It also has a paid version that gives you more features such as barcode scanning to add items to your gift list and others.
  • Christmas Frames. As the name suggests, this app gives you access to a numerous collection of Christmas photo frames and effects that you can add to your photos. It also gives you the option to create custom Christmas cards with their templates and your photo. You will find that the app is quite complex and that it offers enough customization options.
These are just my favorite Christmas Android apps for 2012. I'm sure there are plenty of others to try out, so I'm inviting you to share with us what's your favorite Christmas app for this year?
