The new S5 launch was not that theatrical as the Galaxy S4 was last year. The Unpacked 5 event was more simpler and formal than S4’s one. Today Samsung launched a hands-on video of the new Samsung Galaxy S5 on their Youtube page. This new video highlights the most important features of the new device. One of them is the perforated back. Another one is the fingerprint scanner which helps customers make payments through an app. Also the new device has a 5.1 inch display with Adaptive Display technology. New features are the S Health app that brings up all kind of information about your health or the heart rate sensor and the power saving mode that helps you save battery.
The new device form the Galaxy line has a 16 MP camera that can shoot 4K video. Also, the Youtube video shows Samsung’s new wearables: Gear Fit, The Gear 2 and the Gear 2 Neo. Watch the video below and comment if you like the new S5 or it’s better than the old S4.
