1Last week, after the big launch of the S5, some users claimed that the camera app stops working after some days. The fault was that the camera failed to load after some time. Samsung declared official that will offer replacements for the fault ones, but they didn't offer any reasons for that. Today, they said that the fault was occured by the software which stores the necessary information in the device for the camera to run. The South Korean manufacturer declared that there was a limited number of devices that were wrong and said that the new units will work perfectly. This is what Samsung said officially to Reuters:
”We have discovered that the issue has been seen in a very limited portion of early production Galaxy S5 units, and was caused by complications in the ROM (Read Only Memory) component which stores the information necessary to operate the camera,”
For those who have issues on their camera, they should give it back to their retailer or carrier and change it or call the Samsung customer support team if they bought it from a Samsung store.Did you have some issues with your new Samsung Galaxy S5?
