What we think to be the Galaxy S4 Zoom, a Samsung device with series SM-C101 was announced in the last month and is supposed to be a Galaxy Camera kind of device that continues on the S4 range. It should have GSM capabilities and some of S4 fetaures while also providing exquisite camera hardware. Thanks to the FCC report, we know that the SM-C101 will have GSM and HSPA+ and also NFC, Wireless and Bluetooth 4.0 LE. We do not know if it will support LTE networks. These are the only technical specifications that we managed to obtain though. We've seen many variants of the Galaxy S4 by now, with the Google Edition and Galaxy S4 Active versions coming, so we are really hoping that the S4 Zoom is real and that we will be surprised by it. We also know that it should run on Jelly Bean and have a 1.6 GHz dual-core CPU. Other specs will probably be below the ones of the original S4, but the camera should be a 16 MP one with amazing features. Source
