handsets-march-2013One of the two processors that Galaxy S4 will have, the Snapdragon 600 overclocked at 1.9 GHz, was tested against 6 of its main competitors on the market. As you will see further on the Galaxy S4 did very well in the test defeating all the devices. Very surprisingly, the iPhone 5 which Apple feels so badly to state that is the best device out there, scored only half as the Galaxy S4.The other devices that were tested are HTC One, LG Nexus 4, Galaxy S3, iPhone 5 and BlackBerry Z10.If you didn't know, Galaxy S4 will also come out with an Exynos 5 Octa CPU, but this one isn't out yet so there are no benchmark results for the Galaxy S4 with an Octa processor. However here is how the Snapdragon 600 did in the test:handsets-march-2013As it can be seen from the results the Galaxy S4 took the first place with a score of 3163. The runner up, HTC One with the same processor but running at 1.7 GHz took 2687 points. The iPhone 5 as you can see, using the Apple A6 CPU only scored 1596 taking only the fifth place.
