Canadian owners of the high range handset from Samsung, the Galaxy S3, should be really excited because they are getting the Jelly Bean update starting with today. The wait is over! The carriers that are already pushing the update are Roger, Bell, Telus and Virgin. The update should appear on the users' screen as an OTA update. Even though many users are already playing on their Jelly Bean powered Galaxy S3, some users may receive the following message when they try to update: “Access to the software update service is provided to users in order in which they request it. Try later.” If you didn't receive the update yet, don't worry because it is going to get to you in no time. However, there have been reported problems with the battery after the Jelly Bean update so you might want to try out some guidelines to improve battery life of your Galaxy S3.

There are several ways to locate your model number:
