Galaxy Tab S6 and Tab S6 Lite Gets Android 12

The first good news for the Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 owners in 2022 is that the company has released the Android 12 based firmware. Both the standard version, Tab S6, and the lite version are getting their shares of One UI 4.0 but in different geo-locations. While the update for Tab S6 is live for the German market, the lite version is currently hitched up in France.

Surprisingly, the firmware contents are also a bit different, apart from the concerned location. The new firmware for Tab S6 packs the February security patch. On the flip end, the same for Tab S6 lite loads with the March variant. Now I don't know why Samsung is doing so, but you can expect the Tab S6 to catch up real quick.

Coming to the version number, the update for the standard version is tagged under T865XXU5DVC3, and the Lite version bags P61XXU4EVC5.

One UI 4.1 is Live for Samsung Galaxy A52 5G

Alongside the Tab S6 series, the Galaxy A52 has recently received a brand new update. In case you remember, it was January this year when the device got introduced to Android 12-based firmware featuring One UI 4.0. Two months later, users are set to enjoy a more upgraded version of the user interface, One UI 4.1. Currently, the new firmware is exclusive to the devices in Europe, and you can expect the same to reach the global shore really soon.

New Firmware Featuring One UI 4.1 Starts Rolling for Galaxy S10 Series

Samsung releases Android 12 based firmware featuring One UI 4.1 for the entire S10 series. Launched back in 2019, these flagships are reportedly getting this new update that bags the March security patch. Although the scenes around changelogs and location exclusiveness aren't clear as of yet, one thing is for sure, by the next week, the update should reach each and every device.

Note 10 Gets Android 12 Based One UI 4.1

Weighing somewhere around 1100 MBs, Samsung has rolled out a recent update for the entire Note 10 series. The firmware shelters N976BXXU7HVC6 as the version number and carry the March 2022 Android security patch with it.

Nokia XR20 Receives Android 12

After being a bit silent for the past few weeks, Nokia finally makes some noise as we're about to wrap up the month of March. Followed by a tweet from a user in Finland, the news that Nokia XR20 is receiving Android 12 started making it to the headlines. Reportedly, the new firmware is labeled V2.300 and is currently live for some regions in Europe.

What's New?

Although we don't have any insights on the changelog, here are a couple of things to expect.

  • Android 12 goodies
  • March 2022 security patch

Google

Pixel 6 and Pixel 6 Pro Devices Finally Gets the March Updates

It has been quite disappointing for the Pixel 6 and 6 Pro users as Google tends to cut them apart from the rest and roll out the update after weeks of delay. But nonetheless, the March feature drop, which was live a couple of weeks back, has finally found its way towards Pixel 6 and Pixel 6 Pro devices.

No doubt the delay is a bit disheartening; however, the pain could go away real quick in case the new firmware addresses the bugs and glitches that have been troubling users for quite long.
