No doubt the OEM industry is up and running 24 x 7, but when we talk about the likes of Samsung, it seems as if they've got an extra few hours every day. I'm saying so because the updates just don't halt. I know it will surprise many; the company is already planning to bring Android 13 to the scene by July. But what about the 2nd week of April? How did it turn out? Here is the answer.

Samsung Galaxy A52 Gets the Android 12-based One UI 4.1 Update

It was just a month back when Samsung came up with the Android 12-based One UI 4.1 firmware for the Galaxy A52 (Variant 5G) devices. Since that day, the users of the 4G variant started anticipating the release date for their share. Finally, the wait is over now. The company has begun rolling out the One UI 4.1 update.

Although I don't have the complete changelog to reflect on, based on a Twitter shared screenshot, it is pretty much evident that alongside the usual goodies, Samsung Galaxy A52 owners would have access to additional editing tools post update.

Keep in mind that the update is currently exclusive to the devices in Brazil. However, the global release is expected real soon.

In case you're from Brazil but still await the One UI 4.1 firmware on your Galaxy A52, opting for the manual check might help. Start by navigating to your device's Settings, followed by clicking on the Software update menu.

Android 12 Firmware Featuring One UI 4.1 is Live for Samsung Galaxy M31

2nd week of April, and a piece of good news already. Last month Samsung issued the beta version of One UI 4.1 firmware for the Galaxy M31 devices. Nearly a month later and the company started rolling out the stable version.

Talking about the update in detail, it carries all the latest One UI goodies alongside the Android 12 newbies. Not just that, the firmware packs the March 2022 security patch as well. Weighing somewhere around 2 GB, the firmware bags M315FXXU2CVCE as the version number. However, it is worth knowing that the size of the update isn't similar for everyone. Anyone who has been a beta tester will receive a significantly smaller variant.

What's New?

  • One UI 4.1 and Android 12 Goodies
  • Significant visual changes, primarily through Color Palette
  • The RAM Plus expansion feature. In case you don't know much about it, the feature is meant to allow you to choose the desired virtual RAM.
  • Enticing smart widgets
  • Major camera enhancements.

As per reports, the update has started rolling out from India. Are you reading from India? Well, in that case, head over to the Software Update section and check if you're lucky.

Samsung Galaxy A32 5G Prepares for the Android 12 Update Together with One UI 4.1

If you remember, the Samsung Galaxy A32 5G device was announced back in January 2022 with One UI 3.1 on the top of the Android 11 OS. Just a few months in, and the Android 12-based One UI 4.1 firmware is already out. Overall, the device is ready to offer the experience of a refreshed UI and a series of impressive features to the already excellent Dimensity 720-powered smartphone.

One of the main highlights of the update is that it bumps up the device's security with the March 2022 variant.

The One UI 4.1 update is currently live for the Galaxy A32 5G devices in Thailand. It is home to version number A326BXXU4BVC8, and the devices which are exclusive for the update feature the model code SM-A326B. But don't worry; the update won't take long before it hits the global shore.

Again, if you live in Thailand and you own the Galaxy A32 5G, instead of waiting for the update, doing a manual check is a better idea. Here is how:

  • Take your smartphone and launch Settings.
  • Head over to the Software update menu.

Motorola

The Stable Version of Android 12 Out for Moto G200

Android 12 featured

Motorola has recently initiated the rollout process for a stable Android 12 firmware for its Moto G200 devices. Before diving deep, it is vital to know that the update is currently exclusive to the European market. Now to the details of the firmware, it packs S1RX32.50-13 as the build number, and for the details of the focus devices, the dedicated model number is XT2175-1-DS. The brand new Android 12-based firmware from Motorola weighs 1GB.

Alongside usual Android 12 goodies, the update is home to the March security patch.

Interestingly, the update can be concluded in two ways. Either you can make use of the usual OTA scene, or you can perform the update from your PC. Pretty much similar to the former; however, this time around, it doesn't require you to navigate to your device's system update settings followed by toggling the update button.

Motorola Moto G50 is All Set and Receiving an Android 12 Based Stable Update

Right after Motorola Moto G200 5G, the company shifted its attention toward the Moto G50 devices. Thanks to that, the devices are now ready to experience Android 12.

Bagging the firmware version S1RF32.27-25, the new update shelters all-new UI and fascinating features like never before. While, as of now, the update is limited and is only getting delivered to the UK-based XT2137-1-DS model smartphones, the global release is expected soon enough.

Haven't you got the update notification yet? Well, it is better if you take your Moto G50 and perform a manual check. Doing this is pretty simple, just head over to your smartphone's Settings menu and have a peek at the update section. You might see the update right away.
