Once a formidable opponent in the mobile master race, the fate of BlackBerry rests today on its Android-based Priv and DTEK50. Although the BlackBerry Priv has not received an overwhelming response and the DTEK50 is just getting started, the manufacturer is not holding back.

BlackBerry has just released a massive update for the Priv and DTEK50, giving the minuscule fan base something to cheer about. Keeping their promise on releasing monthly security updates, BlackBerry is trying to create an Android alternative which offers privacy with a safe and secure environment.

Apart from releasing the BlackBerry Hub+ Services for Android Marshmallow users this month, this latest update for Priv and the upcoming DTEK50 features tons of new attributes. Some of the popular enhancements include Pinch Filter with customizations, Quick Send, Viber integration, Twitter refresh button, and an improved WhatsApp program.
