Samsung_NewsLogo_2The newest trend in the tech world is of course the newly released Samsung Galaxy S4. It was once again one of the most expected devices   of the year with a huge unpacking event hosted in New York. Samsung advertised a lot on this device, naming it 'the next big thing' creating a really grandiose image around the Galaxy S4. This also created the expectancy of a really impressive device, that in my opinion, Galaxy S4 is not. Here's what I think will happen with Samsung after this last big Galaxy S4 launch.First of all, Samsung really hit the jackpot with the Galaxy Series. The first two Galaxy devices really hit the market hard, but Galaxy S3 was the winner. It was not long ago that Samsung released it. Now they decided to launch another flagship device, in some people's opinion a bit too soon with the S3. They really created the idea of an unbeatable device with killer specs. But what people were expecting from Samsung is not only the best specs but also a cool design. Something that Samsung hasn't changed much since the first Galaxy. So they decided to launch the Galaxy S4, indeed with the best specs on the market, a killer CPU, great RAM, Video and impressively good software features. But the one thing that people were expecting to see changed, the design, that plastic case and feel that Samsung bases their devices on, they just didn't do it. Galaxy S4 looks just like a slightly improved Galaxy S3. That's it.There have been already a few years now that Samsung dominates the Android market with their broad spectrum of devices. But I'm feeling that there will be a slight change in the trends in the future. People are getting tired of Samsung and their look-alike devices. There's HTC, Sony, LG all making top class devices with designs probably better than Samsung. Also the materials used don't feel so cheap. So why should people stick with Samsung? Why not go for another brand for a change?Maybe it's time for a change and the next time a Samsung owner needs an upgrade on his phone, what does he look for? Another Samsung device that looks and feels exactly like the old one?  Well, maybe this time he'll go for an HTC device or a Sony, because that's what people are looking for, something new all the time. People get bored by using the same thing. And apparently the competition is really working to make incredible devices. Samsung still has its time to stay on top, but without some serious changes in the design department and materials used to make their phones, I think people will definitely lean towards the better looking competition that gets really close to Samsung's specifications. What do you think? Are you getting tired of your Samsung device, are you considering going towards the competition?
