Just recently Apple posted on their UK website an "apology" towards Samsung saying that they didn't infringe their patents because they weren't "cool" enough. An UK Appeal Court found that the first apology wasn't "true", thus Apple had to comply and change their statement. In the first apology, Apple held on to their believed and specifically stated that the Court gave Samsung the victory in the iPad patent case because their Galaxy Tab was not "as cool" as the iPad. The UK appeals court Judge Robin Jacob was himself amazed by Apple's act and said that they have breached the court order with the statements they made. Now Apple posted a statement, the same as in the British Newspapers that they were obliged to publish the apology in, telling simply what the court said. The ruling is available throughout the EU. You can check Apple's UK website for the entire message.
