4I am sure that you don't like when your Android device crashes or freezes. Me neither. I hate it. But what can we do when something like this happens? Here are some tips and tricks. If an app isn't working properly or freezes, kicking home button doesn't help. You will put in background and it will run further more. What you must do is to open Settings menu, Apps submenu and choose from the list the app that you want. Then you press Force Close. This will shut down the app2A simpler method is to restart your device. If you still have control over your smartphone, press the Sleep/Power button for a few seconds, and after that push Restart. This will restart your device and your problem will go away.If the phone is dead frozen, none of the above will help you. In this case you press Sleep/Power button and Volume Down button in the same time until the phone goes blank. After that pressing the Sleep/Power button will boot the device. If you got a device with a removable battery, you can remove it and after you put in it again, just start the device. If all else fails, you have to consider a factory restore. Go to Settings, press Backup and Reset and choose Factory Data Reset option, that will set the device to the factory specs.3
