If you used Google Account in Pokémon GO
Once you have downloaded Pokémon GO on your new Android device, simply sign in with your Google account. All your progress from the old Pokémon GO app will be synced with the new one.
If you used Pokémon Trainer Club account
Under the “Sign up with” tab on your Pokémon GO app, enter the username and password of your Pokémon Trainer Club account. Press “Sign in” and wait as the app syncs all you progress to move

Recover progress if you already signed with another account
