Do you know Samsung Galaxy S6's clone existed in the market even before its official release? Well, that's how smart the fake world is. We all know fake and replica of popular Samsung mobiles exist but the quality and high-end design of some of these copies might come as a surprise to many. A lot of these fake smartphones are identical to the original and you won't be able to differentiate between them easily (at least normal users won't)As the popular saying goes "It's better to be safe than sorry" - People who are planning to get their new Samsung Galaxy S6 from Craigslist, eBay or straight from the streets should be reading this post very carefully. For those of you who are planning to buy Galaxy S5, here's our post to help you buy the real S5.

1. The Packaging

China may fake the phone but for some reason they find it hard to copy the boxes, which is good for us. It is a good idea to check the box properly and look for some silly spelling mistakes and weird color. Most fake boxes are beige in color. Second, look for the model number printed at the back of the box. Fake models usually will have something like that "SM-G920" which doesn't exist in reality.

2. Design

The hole for the ejection of SIM card is usually at the bottom of the tray in fake S6, while it is at the top in real.

3. Lens

This is where it gets a bit funny and easy to identify. The real Samsung Galaxy S6 has a lens for the flash while the fake one has a yellow mark.

4. USB-Charging Slot

The micro-USB charging slot in both the phones are pretty identical, but if you have a closer look you'll find red, cheap color inside the slot for fake S6.

5. Display

When you switch on the fake S6 and look closely at the screen, you'll easily spot pixels on the screen - this is because the low quality display. In real S6, you will not spotting any pixels on the screen.

6. Connectivity

Last but not the least, the fake Galaxy S6 doesn't support 3G (HSPA+) or 4G LTE. It can only afford regular edge. The real one, on the other hand perfectly supports 3G & 4G LTE both.
