This article explains how to turn off auto backup on Google+. Google plus id pretty nice though you would not want your colleagued to see funny pictures of you on Facebook.The auto backup option may be a little good if you do not use another cloud storage application. You may want to save your videos and pictures but not in two places. Due to the privacy concerns, you may want to turn the auto backup option off.

Steps to Turn Off Auto Backup

Go to The Application You need to see where the application is. The app is very easy to find. Once you have located the app, tap on the icon to launch the application.

Avoid it Off

In case it is the very first time you're launching the application, the app will ask whether you want to backup videos and photos or not. Simply decline this offer by saying 'no thanks' and closing the application.

Check it Out

Check out the highlights and you'll know if the application is backing up videos and photos or not.

Kill it Off

In case there are latest videos and hots, there is a high chance that the application is backing up data. Click on the 3 dots at the right top of the application. You will see the auto backup options on the screen. Click on the blue slider button on the Auto Backup on Google+ will turn off.
